Please be aware that when you reserve our equipment, we remove it from our list of available items, making it unavailable for other clients. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 100% charge of the rental fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be responsible for 100% of the rental fee. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for choosing our services.

Furthermore, ALL cancellations will be subject to a 5% fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to cover all credit card and processing charges. When you book with us, we incur all credit card and processing charges and do not pass them on to you. Therefore upon a cancellation, we are stuck with all charges.
