• Call us to verify the availability of the equipment you're looking for. We can also help ensure we get you the correct trailer for your needs! If we don't answer, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back with you ASAP!
• Once the proper equipment has been verified, find the link for the particular trailer. From there, select your time period, setup an account and submit your payment.
• When selecting your time period, keep in mind we have a 2 hour buffer period. What this means is that the time you select must be 2 hours post the current time. This is to allow us time to prepare the trailer and paperwork.
• If you need the trailer sooner than 2 hours, give us a call and see if it is a possibility.
• Keep in mind, our yard is not manned full-time. So we do require your booking as an appointment before you pick up your desired equipment.
• All of our reservations are done through this website. This is to ensure proper tracking of dates, availability and to store your information.

• A Vehicle in Good Working Condition With the Ability to Tow and Fulfill Trailer Requirements
• Listed Vehicle, Driver and Credit Card Must Match when Picking Up Trailer
• Valid CREDIT Card (Debit Cards Not Accepted) for Deposit* and Rental Payment
• Submit a Picture of Driver License**
• Submit a Picture of Insurance**
• Fill Out Checkout Information Via Website
• Sign Contract Upon Pick Up
• Sign Check Out Form Upon Pick Up

*The deposit will be refunded once the trailer has been returned and inspected with no equipment missing or new damages.

***If your current insurance policy does not cover the trailer in tow, don't worry, we can help! We carry insurance through MBA which is used as a secondary insurance coverage. But it also allows us to offer the renter primary coverage through MBA. The process only takes about 10 min to complete by the customer prior to the rental. Once finished, MBA sends us an email confirming that the insurance coverage is in place. If you have any questions, please contact us. If you choose to obtain coverage through MBA, please reach out to us for the information that MBA will require.
